The really nice associate from sprint that I spoke with first and told me all about the warranty is going to follow up and call me on Thursday

Thanks, Karla... I really don't do star parties, so it didn't bother me. If Glory hadn't started it, it wouldn't have bothered me. But it's nice that others notice, I guess.

Karla don't you have a store you can go into and talk to a service rep? I would think that they should offer the same type of services the "people from foreign countries" do!
