Good morning everyone

ok now before you all think I have gone over the edge let me explain todays thread title.

I was sitting here trying to come up with a catchy phrase, and said to my self "sundays so ... and the next thing you know that song popped into my head.
So now I am happy to know that I am not the only one who is going to have that song going through their mind all day.

lol I may even have to start a new thread in OT asking "what was the last song that got stuck in your head"

I got up at 5:30. better but I want to get back to my 4:30 wake up.

Todays plans include
meeting our friends for breakfast (sunday ritual)
running some errands.

I can actually say I have no laundry waiting
but I do have a date later with the Dyson lol

So who will be first to say "my exercises are done?"

karla

Cassy and I are done from our little walk, and she is happily laying in the corner watching mom. lol karla, I been singing "lay down and boogie and play that funky music" in my mind all morning. I don't know where it came from, but it is not going anywhere anytime soon. Maybe turn on some music and then something else will catch my brain waves

Cleaning and laundry to do today, after shopping yesterday I looked at the house and turned around and headed to the pool with book in hand. Lucky for me that this rental we are in is a 2B/2B home, few hours and I will be done. I have to take a pair of pants back to the store today too, I didn't try them on and they are too big for me Something must be working.

I hope all of you have a great day.

"La, a note to follow sew"

Just got back from the beach with Shadow. She did not want to walk this morning, she wanted to swim. Lucky for her it is the weekend.

I warned you all !!!!!
so it seems lots of you did the fa a long long way to go walk today .

woo hoo I just got a call from my 8th grade best friend she will be in our town next weekend, I haven't seen her since we were 15 omg I am so glad I have lost the weight, lol I though vacation was a good motivation but seeing a old friend who was always thin I think is even a better one.

I have not done any exercises today.
But I did have lots of iced "t a drink with jam and bread" this morning so the caffeine has me going.
Maybe if it cools down later I will take Lola out for a walk.
