"Ortho Doc" Apt went well he is very pleased with my process
When I discussed the pain he said " Yes your going to have that for awhile because we did a lot more work than expected. then he "shared" the arthroscope pictures they took when they were accessing what was going on before they cut. The inside of your shoulder is kinda cool looking. Seeing the picture of the tool in use to shave the bone kinda gave me the "willies" yup now I understand why I am having pain
When I get back from vacation I start strengthening exercises at P/T
No date as to when I will be able to raise my arm up myself.
So looks like I still have to be patient

I am not sure about this driving I can't take the pain pills and drive so ..
well lol at least my shoulder "reminds" me when I try to do something I shouldn't like reaching for the volume on the radio or the A/C controls while back in the seat yeah I think I am a couple weeks from doing that

Went to the mall to see if I could find a couple pair of pants since mine are now hanging omg pennys is having quite the sale Over in the mens dept the short sleeve polo golf type shirts are only $4.77 I really need to drag hubby there

sounds like you all had a busy day

oh hiroko asked me if I would go with her to a meeting tonight she does not like driving at night and the person she normally goes with is out of town this way I can drive back so a few more hours til I can take my pain pill but she is so sweet I can't say no

Sue are you still having problems with CD? Wow what a bummer, but at least you are exercising and level 5 is good

Karla, I hope you were not too upset about what doc said, it will all come in time and you will be out in your garden thinking what shoulder.

Great idea about the photos, Karla. Want me to send you mine? They show the titanium screws really nicely. It is a very frustrating recovery. I used to see a gentleman at the pool every morning when I went for my walk. He'd swim laps. Well, while I was up north almost 2 months ago, he had the rotator cuff done and today was his 2nd day back in the pool. The doctor won't let him swim for another 2 or 3 MONTHS, so he's just walking in it for now to get some exercise.
