Sunday's "Last cool day " exercise thread (lean, better, Walmart)

Good morning

It is another nice cool morning headed to 73 but that looks like it is it on the coolness the 80s come back tomorrow

Heading to meet our breakfast friends in a bit
We are stopping at the nursery then walmart after
I need 3 gallons of bleach to clean the screenroom concrete
I had a gallon out there but never knew that bleach "unbleaches" if you have it outside in our summer temps

Not sure what else today will hold

Morning peeps!

Nice day here today. We are on the way in to the mid 60's for a couple of days, then 1 day in the low 70's before the rain comes back and we are back in the 40's.

Once I finish my tea Shadow & I will be heading out to the Greenway. I kind of got busy cleaning/organizing yesterday and poor Shadow had to entertain herself. I promised her a real walk this morning.

I never got the the massages yesterday either. So they are on my list for today.

Karla, I never knew that either. No wonder it doesn't seem to work on my whites. It's almost time for a new bottle anyway.

I think they're just talking 80 here today. It's been gorgeous. I'm putting off rearranging the lanai, tho. They're saying Tues. is supposed to hit 87 and I know DH will make me shut the windows and turn on the a/c. When I change the furniture around, the sofa will be right in front of the window unit we have out there, which wouldn't be a good thing. Guess I have to wait a little while longer.

DH wasn't feeling too great all day yesterday, so he snoozed on and off all day. How he can do that and sleep all night, I"ll never know. I'm very jealous. He's feeling better today, so he's off on his walk. He's been gone 45 minutes now, so he'll probably be home within a half hour.

He wanted to go to BJ's today, but there's nothing we need right away, so I think we'll save that trip for the 1st when we get paid.

OK, gang, time to hit the shower. Evey....have fun w/Shadow and the horses.

Morning!

Beautiful day here the sun is so bright and we will hit 60, perfect fall day! I got up early enough to get ready for church but Bob is not getting up so I may just let him sleep in. He is going to quit smoking today, he has his patches (his prefered method) so I am going to let him sleep as long as he wants to

I've got laundry today and I think I will work in the gardens that I have not trimmed down yet. Then I have a trip to Meijer to pick up some things. That will be my day, nothing but fun stuff.

Just figured out how to do this, here's a picture of the beam from the World Trade Center that we saw out at the Fulton County Fair last summer. In my album there's also a pic of the mutant tomato plant that reaches past the gutters in the back--well what's left of it anyway, after a hit from Mr Frost.
