Hey all.

I'm afraid I won't be up to making my exercises for the coming weeks. My mom has 4 weeks off work and as she's living next door we're doing a lot of things together. This morning we went shopping, then I cooked, cleaned, sewed a new table cloth, took a walk with my son, changed the linen and did some ironing. Now I'm really ready to go to bed but hubby came home late so I'll join him while he's having dinner and then we'll watch the next season of Desperate housewifes.

Hope you're doing better!

I would rep you for that if I could Karla (ironing bit). I wondered about evey too, she is usually #2 if not # 1 poster, so she must be under the weather. Dragon wishes for your mom's quick recovery.
Well lunch exercise was fast and painless, and the weather is a little cooler today so I think I will walk with Cassy tonight also.
See everyone later.

Glad to see ya Evey, no cute Shadow stories????
Walk with Cassy done and she let me know that she needs a grooming, it is still a little to hot with that hair growing in. Lol she is part lab and part golden with hair like a golden (we keep her groomed to have lab hair). Anything over 75 degrees and she thinks it is too hot!
Y'all have a wonderful evening, I am hitting the insurance book trying to find out why my new doctor wants more money than my co-pay, his entire practice is listed on my insurance book of providers.

Karla try a hot toddy for that cough, I made myself them with brandy, tea, honey and lemon last year when I had a bad chest cold. Works wonders.
