sorry so late but I just got up
I have got to get back on my normal sleeping pattern in bed by 9:30 or 10 and up early.
Today is "girls day" so I will be doing a good bit of walking
lol can't let a little chest congestion interfere with girls day now can we

Good morning, ladies.
Dragged hubby to the gym. Actually, he's coming along with very little fuss these days. We did about 1/2 an hour, then came home. I'd like to get on the bike and toddle around for a bit, but I don't know......I'm feeling kind of lazy today.
OK, Karla....what are we going to be able to eat this weekend ( like it's ever stopped me before!)???

actually i am feeling a bit better today, this may be a stretch but I wonder if having the nice "girls day breakfast" helped I haven't been in the mood to eat a lot.
I have been taping too so that might be even a better reason

as far as tomorrows special day hmm lets see
we have had ice cream day and chocolate day
and eat anything you want day
I am kinda leaning toward *gasp* fried food day" i am in the mood for some french fries
P.S. I hope Shadow finds the chickens again ... I like those stories
Shadow would like me to take her over there again. Hmmmmm, much less traffic at the day care center over the weekend......
