Headed to 91 today

I am going to head out in a bit to plant the new plants I got yesterday
I may even mow while it is still cool this morning because it is suppose to be even hotter this weekend

Today is watering day but the motor for the well for my irrigation system is shot it doesn't turn off
I called the well guy but he can't get here until Friday or Monday
I am really glad I got the new motor last year when he gave me the heads up that the prices were going up

I am going to call him today to see if he can try for Friday because we thought we would be able to turn it on run the irrigation then turn it off
We tried but the water comes out the faucet but not the sprinkler heads

I am going to have to hand water the veggie bed and the flower beds

There will be more research on kitchen ideas some time today
I am going to google current kitchen designs and see what that shows

What kind of fun things are you all up to ?

Good morning.

Karla-I forgot to say....I love you plant.

Are there any home shows coming up near you? You might be able to get some ideas from that.

I planted my strawberry plants yesterday. Boy..they look pitiful, lol. My peas look great and I actually have leaves on my lettuce and spinach

I've decided to plant some cucumbers and green beans early. I figure if I lose them because it's too early I can replant the seeds and it will only cost me about 50 cents. It's worth a try when I may get early veggies to eat

Hopefully the sun comes out today. I need to wash the Jeep and Hubby needs to steam off the decals on our motor home. They are peeling

Treadmill time for me in a couple of hours. I need to wait for hubby to wake up.

Have a great day!!!

Hi, gang.

Overslept this morning and had to be at Marge's for 8, so no walk again today. Just got back from her place a little bit ago.

Tomorrow is our Beaut. Cmt. Earth Day program. Gotta be there for 9 to have a photo taken with our tree we're planting in the community, then back at the clubhouse around 11:30 to help set up. Program starts at 2. Looks like we'll have a good turnout. And there's coconut cream pie..........

Have a great day.

Ooops, I posted in the wrong day. Let me go fetch it.

Today I did a short upper body plyometrics workout. Fun stuff w/weights and 'superburpies' and hand clap push-ups [yeah right!]. That is a super hard workout in a short time though.

Enjoy your evening, everyone. Hi Cheryl, good to 'see' you!

Morning ladies

lol it was too hot so no yardwork except for transplanting the plants into pots that I am sharing
I also hand watered the potted plants & the veggie garden

ooo I have baby cucumbers they are so funny looking

I moved the sage plants near the front of the house and watered them I decided they aren't going in until I get the irrigation fixed
92 all weekend and no rain is not a good mix for new plantings

Lisa I wish there were home shows but they were 2 months ago

I came up with a new idea I want a cabinet where the pantry is right now it is the bi-fold door once the white cabinets are gone this will stand out like a sore thumb
I would rather this than changing the tile

The color I am thinking about for the upper painted cabinets is a sagey green
But now I am worried that 1. I might get bored with it and 2. Will it make the kitchen look smaller
