Monday's "lawn mover vs well pump, guess which won" exercise thread" (soreness, muscles)

good morning everyone
oops lol while I was mowing yesterday, while trying to get to the grass near the well pump that hubby forgot to weedwack I guess I was a little to ambitious. I sorta hit the pump with the mower and somehow "broke it" where it connects the pipe from the ground to the pump.
I was merrily mowing the font when hubby start waving his arms for me to stop.
seems that he was weeding and water started spraying him oops lol

"wow honey what could of happened"
thank heavens he said "maybe all the heat caused the seal to fail"

I just sorta mumbled I have heard that can happen
now to find a well guy lol
shhh I can count on you all to keep my little secret, can't I

so that was my excitement

So I am taking lola for a walk in a bit them heading to the gym at 9

Too funny! I have done that, but with a bush hog. I took the turn too fast with the tractor & took out the whole pump housing, pump, and everything.

Shadow & I have been on our early morning neighborhood patrol. Shadow has gone back to bed (lucky dog!).

I walked on Saturday and Sunday, and did so much running up and down the 2 sets of stairs this weekend, trying to put things in their places, my calf muscles are sore.

When I get up from lets say...bed...I can hardly walk! OH NO! I guess I will walk out the soreness at work today up and down the halls of the drs office.

I suppose soon enough I will get back into the routine, but oh how I miss my Lords Glory walk every day, but that is in the past, and I have moved on.

I suppose he presented me with those walks for a reason..

mine are all on round 2 of sleeping though the minute I get the leash Lola will be raring to go .

Slept in till 6:10 this a.m. If you get to the gym any later than 6:15, you're out of luck, so we didn't go. Maybe a bike ride today.

ok walk done 2 loops jogged some of the first loop
then my neighbor joined us for the 2nd loop with her dachshund max
time to dry off its warm out there and put on the gym clothes and head to my spinning class lol after 3 weeks of not doing it this should be interesting

funny but I seem to get less done in the am but hey I have the whole day right

back form the gym I really enjoyed the spinning class I can't believe it was 3 weeks and yay I didn't fall off the bike

time to hit the shower and send my brothers b-day present off.

I took all 3 of my boys to my parents house pulling a trailor full of motorcycles and backed into my parents plumbing as we left sending a geiser into the sky, don't feel bad. Karla, my ambition today is to stay away from phones and just be one with C.D.

Feeling a little sore today-bet it's those dreaded squats! Don't feel it in my gluteus MAXIMUS though for some reason. Ah well, time will tell.
