I have quite the list of place to run to get the errands done I have been putting off all week

I also need to get out our winter clothes to see what we are going to take to Tahoe next week
We checked the weather and the lows are 30 !!! Highs range 65 to 70 so looks like we will either need 2 set or lots of layers

They are predicting snow showers for this Friday as cool as that would be I am glad we are going next week

We are still cool in the mornings but warming up to mid 80's in the afternoon

Going to make time for the treadmill before heading out on errand run

What are you all up to today ?

Good morning.

Karla....re hearing your name so often yesterday....my mom used to tell us "That's not my name anymore...I've changed it."

Going to weed at one of Len's customers this morning. Was having charley horses in my right leg, so no walking today. Guess I'll just hang it up till Monday.

Still catching up on laundry.

Beautiful morning here. lowest temps in a while - 70! Woohoo!! I wish I weren't leaving the house; I could have open windows till it warms up. We're supposed to have very little chance of rain and lots of sun, low humidity and slightly lower temps over the next 10 days so far....yay, fall!

Pinch your upper lip when you're getting a charleyhorse.

Today I did the hiit, high impact interval training--my legs still hurt from the other day, that's how out of shape I've gotten. Did a short arm workout too.

This pain is getting ridiculous. The nerve block-if it did anything at all-is not helping. The gabapentin--I don't know if it's doing anything, because if it is, I hate to imagine what I'd feel like without it. One day, I felt pretty good, otherwise, it's every day, bull****.

Have a good one all.

Same old stuff here- chores, school, hyperbaric therapy, walk/run workout. I've started cutting calories since my weight is stalled. I'm finally seeing the scale move.
