Morning!

Karla, you don't use FedEx for mailing the checks? When I worked at a Blood Bank our checks came from FL and they were overnighted FedEx. We did have problems when MI had a bad snow storm tho

I'm cleaning today and taking flooring outside, at least the small amounts that Bob left inside. He tore the laminate floor out of T's dinning room yesterday (there was a second subfloor there too although for the life of me I can't see why they did that, the first one was stable and no water spots). He did stop when he got to the kitchen, he and Chad will do that Wednesday night. Anyway I have to dust good in there, sweep better then what I did yesterday, and then vacuum the living room (which won't be in this round of getting new flooring). Besides that I have laundry to finish, and my monthly cleaning of the office space.

I'll stop back later in the afternoon to let you know what I exercised to, no walk today.

Hi, gang.

Today was probably the last day I'll get any exercise in till I get back from NY. I did get in 3 miles (6 intervals) and 30 min. weights.

Lots to do between now & Wed. starting with housework and laundry today.

Have a great day, all.

Karla, you cater for the Texans? If so, nice gig! Billy was just there, had a layover, and he'll soon be winging his way to Chicago...then to Detroit, then to here. Started with a 5:55 a.m. flight out.

Got a bad 'do myself, yesterday. Explained sort of what I wanted, but wow, I hate short hair on me, and it's short. Haven't had a haircut this bad since high school, when I did it myself! Went to have it remedied and the gal said WHO CUT YOUR HAIR, and I fessed up.

Anyway, busy, busy day here. And, Mystic started licking her belly recently, and evidently she was doing this all day long, now she has licked off a big patch of fur. Lovely. And the 'cyst' on mh's eye is now looking like a sty--a HUGE one. Gross. It's like Roseanna Rosannadanna around here, I swear.

And, two hours later I come to find this post still here. Oh boy.

Have a good one, all.

Okay I am lagging behind today, still have much work to do and I just finished a quick workout with one of my boxing CD's. Hopefully I have not thrown out my back like I did before.

Connie, I read there is something "silver" something natural that will take care of sty's in peoples eyes. Not sure exactly what it is but look for homopathic cures online. Sty's hurt so bad I'm not sure how he can stand it. A hot washcloth is good for it too.

Good for you, Billy home for the holiday!

Hey all!

Hoping you all have a good day. It is very mild outside and I'm looking forward to not freezing today.

My back appears to be in decent shape today after kick boxing yesterday, so I may pull that one out of retirement. It's kinda fun and what a work out, sigh of course I could not do the whole CD

See yah all later. Connie have fun with Billy.
