This is taxi week. This morning Hiroko asked if I could drop her off for her colonscopy.

They my friend up the street asked if I could drop her at work each morning this week
But I don't mind it would be crazy for her hubby to drive all the way from downtown to take her
I can use this to make sure I get my last minute stuff done I can drop her then do the post office last minute running stuff
It is gonna be a hot one today 80 degrees
The screen guy is coming to replace the screen when the raccoon tried getting in. He is also putting a 12: kickplate across the front of the screenroom. We put the raised bed to close so you can't do any screen repair because you can't get to the bottom and lola was trying to get to a lizard and tore the screen lose I have tape holding it for now but he will fix that too today
Well I have to go pull reports to close out last week so I will be back later to see what you all are up tio today
Morning gals! Just a quick note to let you know I am here, although I now have a whopper of a cold but still trying to get in the Christmas spirit and get my last minute stuff done.
Got a phone call from my brother yesterday. Not good. Hospice will have their first visit today. I could hardly understand him he is so weak. One thing nice, his daughter is leaving for TN on Friday and they are getting married on Saturday so Bill can walk her down the isle. She is such a good kid. They are having a small one in TN and then the big one in September, but this way she can share the day with her Dad.
Gotta get and see if I can handle a day at work. Have a good week.
Sandy I am so sorry to hear this news about your Brother. What a testament to how wonderful a parent he is that his daughter is making sure he is a part of her day.

I actually started to sweat while I was outside talking to the screen guys
The new kick plate is in and they are coming back tomorrow to install the Florida Glass on the top panels of the screen room this will keep the rain out as well as block some of the sun so we can spend more time out there.
