I am starting a new routine today
I m going to get my exercise done first thing then come start the thread

We got a little bit of rain last night, enough to kinda was away the pollen. So I decided Lola and I would go out walking we did one loop with a few jogs
I came in and hit the treadmill for another mile

I figure this is a good motivator doing it when I first get up
Then I will have breakfast.
I think that has been one of my problems, I don't eat breakfast so I start picking around 10 and never really get a decent meal

Now that that is all done I can get to job-work I have to close out last week, print timesheets. and update quickbooks

Its going to be 71 today

What are you all up to ?

So, how did it feel doing that first thing? Is that how you did it when you used to walk with Lou? I have thought about that before, it does seem like a good idea.

It's 45 here already! woo hoo! Kind of a rainy, yucky mess tho.

This place where we went for lunch, Tony Packo's, you might have heard of from the TV show M*A*S*H. Jamie Farr's (who went to high school with my mom) character, Klinger, talked about it on the show when he talked about Toledo. It is famous for-well, for that probably!, but for a very long time, they've had celebrities who come into town sign hot dog buns, then they put them on display. They are all over in that place! It's a mostly Hungarian/comfort food kind of place with some killer coney sauced hot dogs and stuff. You can buy it in the grocery store, Tony Packo's hot dog sauce and their pickles and peppers, too.

Anyway, I'll be back later. Definitely have to get back into working out. That horrible soreness that was in my back and shoulders is finally gone. Boy, I really pulled something deep.

Did a short, really hard cardio workout. Either it is really hard or it's me. Anyway, that's all, folks.

Hi, there. Karla, I'm with you on exercising first thing. If I don't do it that way, it doesn't get done.

Connie, I remember Klinger talking about Packo's.

Speaking of not getting done...I did have good intentions. I had an appt. with Diana for 9, but Fred needed me to stay with Marge for a bit, so I changed it to 11. Well, he had a couple of extra things he wanted to do, so I cancelled. Bummer. Tomorrow's another day....

Hugs!

I forgot to tell you guys...we ordered new vanities for our master bath tonight. Woohoo! They should be installed by Christmas.
