It was sort of nice yesterday, at midnight it was 45, now, it's 25 and I see from the color of my weather channel app icon that there's some kind of warning--a wind advisory. They said something on the news last night about single-digit wind chills.

Today I go to the new dentist. Hopefully he'll have some suggestions for my jaw issues. I read about something else that might help. This said that the problem with teeth-grinding is twofold. It isn't just the back and forth of the grinding, it is the clenching of the jaw that puts the pressure on the temporomandibular joint [TMJ]. There's a device called AMPS [stands for something I forgot] and this goes on a couple teeth in the front--top and bottom--that physically stops the teeth from coming together, so no clenchy, no grindy.

Anyway, plan to find a sort of short workout for today, do it, then be done!

Is guarding the technical term for scrunching the shoulder? I guess that sounds right.

I did a short butt workout! Lower body, nice moves like Romanian deadlifts and a kettlebell move and stuff. Better than nothing. Tomorrow-ARMS!

Connie what did the dentist say?
I do the clenching thing with my jaw

yup lol guarding = scrunching

Well hubby and I drove and looked at the outside of a couple places. Realtor had a closing
Now we are wondering if it might be better to look for a small house instead of condo. The condo assoc fees are $300 a month that extra $300 could be put toward house payment

this is becoming a project
