60 here, mild outside now but rain forecasted all week, some chance of snow later but I think it may be too warm for it, we will see.
I did my DA cardio work out and now I am going to get cleaned up and begin my day. Going to steam clean and clean bathrooms, plus finish laundry. Gotta get the taxes to the post office too.
Maddie is home sick so I will have to wait until Bob is back before leaving.
I don't know what your options are as far as trees, since you're in Florida, but some people like ornamental fruit trees. I'm a sucker for weeping willows, but I guess the roots can be invasive if they're near a house? I don't know, only know that the maples are a pain around here. It looks like it's raining helicopters on windy fall days.
Don't know what workout I'm going to do, but probably another HIIT one, because they are supposed to be a ton more efficient than regular, as far as getting your metabolism firing and keeping it that way for a longer time. I need to investigate that more. Here's what I read that got me going on it: Dr. Tabata: The Benefits of Short But Intense Workouts
I'm baaaaack. Did a different HIIT workout, this one only had 10 second rests in between 20 second bursts. About 15 minutes--it was tough. Then I did a set of bulgarian split squats to top it off. Everybody think good thoughts for Billy tomorrow. It's a potentially big day for him, but I don't want to say anything else. Besides that, or after that, he's heading up here for a while, so that will be great!
Fingers crossed for Billy
So sad about the tragedy in Boston
