I was up reading till around 1 am so didn't get up until 8 hit the exercise room again did a little over 4 miles on the bike with the arm things then another mile on the treadmill I think I jogged almost half of that
Not as sore as I thought
ran some errands at lunch now I am on the phone with AT&T cause the store phone line is down
Wow! Looks like you did a heck of a workout today. I was up too late, too, thanks to post-chemo coffee guzzling. Oh well.
Tthink I'm going to look for a short workout right now, since mh came home, then decided to go to his bff's for a while again. Can't begin to explain how that makes me feel, all things considered.
I'll be back to report my workout. I a m going to do it right now.
I found a short-ish one led by Tony Horton, it was very hard but fun [kinda] and interesting and very comprehensive. And very hard. It might be one to try again tomorrow. It went by pretty fast.

Tony Horton is the guy who came up with the P90X workouts. Want to know something really cool? He's my/our age! Born in 1958! That sort of made my day!
lol Connie when I first saw Tony Horton I thought the guy with the coffee shops in Canada then I realized thats Tim Horton
wow knowing he is our age bracket (im 57) and putting out exercise videos kinda gives us the we can do it !!!
omg yesterday was just crazy the phones were still down the phone guy tried to blame it on the camera/security guy. Plus they messed up payroll shipping again
I would like one day where something or someone does not **** me off !!! lol
