Well, I did a couple of workouts/parts of, anyway, and I am not happy. The first one, I did part of, then she stopped and it went to a different thing, so I found another one really fast. It was supposed to be like HIIT/interval training, but it was over 8 minutes of straight exercises, no breaks, hard stuff like burpees and stuff. It was nuts.
I am going to have to watch them all the way thru before I do them from now on, or do ones I've done before. I almost feel like doing one of the ones I have done before to get the umm...results--the pick-me-up kind of thing that happens.
Nothing else going on around here, but boy I'm tired today.
