Good morning
Happy Thursday !!!
Just finished 9.40 miles on the exercise bike lol I know I couldn't of gone the extra .20

It is sparkle day here !!!

Got so much rain yesterday that I am good with no rain for a couple days. Hubby needs to get out and mow he was going to yesterday but the rain stopped him.

It is check writing/invoice day so that is my exciting plans for the day

What are you all up to?

Well, I did a couple of workouts/parts of, anyway, and I am not happy. The first one, I did part of, then she stopped and it went to a different thing, so I found another one really fast. It was supposed to be like HIIT/interval training, but it was over 8 minutes of straight exercises, no breaks, hard stuff like burpees and stuff. It was nuts.

I am going to have to watch them all the way thru before I do them from now on, or do ones I've done before. I almost feel like doing one of the ones I have done before to get the umm...results--the pick-me-up kind of thing that happens.

Nothing else going on around here, but boy I'm tired today.

I remember when I tried a pilates and wish I had done it

Thanks for the I am hoping to build up to try the ones you do

Have you tried the walk away the pounds DVDs see if you can get a preview on line if you think you would enjoy them I have extra set

Of course because I said we didn't need any more rain it is raining lol

We only walked today got some other things to yet so exercise will be put on the back burner. I'm just stopping by to say hey and have a good night.
