Oh Foma, at least you got sick after your trip, not that it's much consolation. But it's better being in your own bed and all. Hope you start feeling good enough to enjoy your weekend! Well, I am finished. Turn up the stereo, and bam [or should I say BANG] fires me up every time! No piddly diddly nano tunes in this old gals workout!
I see that everybody got a nice workout today. Hubby helped me do my crunches and he was very thorough! He always told me I need to do some more now my belly is a bit aching but that's okay. I also did something for my back muscles and had a walk earlier this afternoon with a friend and DS.
Will go and have a bath now and take my learning stuff with me.
Aww, thanks for the kind words folks. He was my heart melter and I really do miss him. I've been working on the hubster to try and get another dog since I know I am ready now. Plus the old timer at my feet would probably enjoy the company too. Whenever I drop donations off at the shelter I run like crazy. It only takes me a second to fall in love.
