Good morning
I think I am the only one up
Clue wanted out around 3:30 and considering I fell asleep around 9 I guess I had enough sleep so here I am lol
It is payday so once I have finished posting my regular thingys I am going to pay some bills then make hubbys lunch and I guess it will be time to wake him.
lol see how much more you can get done when you wake early
walking with Lola as soon as it gets light.
Then back to my acquiring stuff for the fundraiser I have to time it for when the "kids" are in the "less chance they will start barking while I am on the phone mode"
Good Morning!
Wow Karla, you have been up for several hours already! Do you crash around 2 when that happens?
Well, I got a call for a showing today at 11:15, and luckily the house is still clean from the open house. I just need to empty the trash cans, vacuum, and sweep up the dog hair on the wood floors.
The gym will have to wait until this afternoon, sometime after the showing. My plan is to do 45 on the bike and upper body/abs.
Hope everyone has a great day!
Good luck tlb71. I hope this one brings in the deal!
Well, I rose this morning but I'm not shining yet. Another cuppa should do the trick I hope. I'll tell ya, this cold knocked me on my rump. I'm looking forward to getting the bounce back in my step.
Going to take a short walk later on when it warms up a little outside.
Location: Finally made it to Florida and lovin' every minute!

Hi, there. I did end up going for a 20 min. bike ride yesterday. Today, I'd like to take a nice walk. Skipped the gym - had to take hubby into Ft. Myers for a dr's appt. first thing.
While we were there, the shuttle flew overhead on its way to Cape Canaveral, and we could hear 2 sonic booms from it. Then, coming across the bridge, we had 3 pelicans "escort" our car over the river. It was like we could reach out and touch them. How cool it is to live in Florida!
Thanks for the good wishes! I won't know how the showing went for a while, as our agent is on vacation so another lady from her office filled in for her.
I remember those sonic booms, very cool and powerful sounding. I grew up in Orlando and my mom has a pic of the Challenger disaster. I was in Jr. High at the time and remember that day well. Next time they have a night launch it is worth the trip to watch it.
Enjoy the rest of your day!
Hi everyone,
I went to a new class this morning called 'aerobic strength' and made it through the hour. It was tough. Afterwards, I went to the water aerobics class.
I posted a thread yesterday on my weight gain. I've been holding on to about 6 pounds now for about a month. Someone posted that I should drink more water and I've been neglecting that so maybe that will help.
Has anyone tried an ionic foot bath? I'm getting one this afternoon from a lady that does that kind of stuff here. It's supposed to get rid of the toxins through your feet. I finally decided to try it so I'm off to do that in about an hour.
Hope everyone is having a pleasant day.
I saw a commercial for some weird looking pads that you stick on your feet that supposedly remove toxins. You never know.
I have seen the space shuttle fly overhead here before, in orbit; one time I saw the shuttle and the International Space Station flying one right after the other-can't imagine looking at the night sky, seeing that and NOT knowing what it was! This is totally off topic, but if you go here, you select your location and it will tell you when and where to look to see the ISS and/or the shuttle.Human Space Flight (HSF) - Realtime Data
But anyway, I did my workout today, with no interruptions! Might try a few more exercises later-just to keep warm!
Have a good Wednesday, everyone!
