I noticed your journal when you started a bit back and was waiting for the posts to fizzle....this would be a hard place to post daily workouts. Nice workouts btw, but posting here, being a person as serious about fitness as you are would be like looking at yourself in a mirror in the am and starting a conversation with yourself. I bet posting these great workouts on a fitness forum would be fun and solicit some feedback and encouragement from "like minded" posters. I know posters on fitness forums would certainly enjoy reading these and tracking with you.

Thanks Navyshow. I still do my workouts every day. Its just that I havent been posting the updates on CD. Its a bit disheartening because I can say something in the most absolute generic terms of NOT directing towards any member of CD and use the term "fat" and people get all upset and think its an attack on them.
Maybe I'll start updating this thread again. Who knows. But I appreciate that someone is getting some benefit or encourage from it.
