I see. When you had mentioned that you were doing stair climbing as a way to get in some exercise, I just thought that might have contributed to your knee pain. Putting the stress on your knees by going up and down the stairs could have made them hurt more than maybe just walking.

It's very true. I thought I might have been able to get away with a little stair climbing in lieu of going out for a full blown walk. WRONG ... lol. I'll be staying with level surfaces for a while until I'm in a little better condition.

Those exercises are great preventatives though for everyone. Thanks for sharing them.

Hi everyone.
It's been a busy day. Went to water aerobics this morning. We had some last minute paperwork to do at the title company to mail off and the heater/ac men were here for a couple of hours.
Everything went okay on house inspection. Buyers were told to get the heater/ac checked and that turned out okay and to get the water tested. We should know about that tomorrow. We've been drinking it for 3 years now and haven't died so it should be okay too. So it's looking more on the positive side that we're going to close. I'm still not going to get excited until the papers are signed. Tried to do some packing today but didn't get too far with that. Try again tomorrow.
Congrats Charley on weightloss.
TLB, wish I knew what was causing your hives but stress comes to mind. One of my brothers gets the hives too.
GOtta go eat supper. You all have a good evening.
