Charley, take good care and walk slowely. Surgery has different effects on people, some heal faster than others and if you feel a discomfort, please, don't overdo!

Some push-ups and something for the triceps.
It was way too hot for step aerobics in a gym without air condition that's why we had a 75 minutes bike tour through the woods to the nearby lakes.

I guess you're all sleeping, so sweet dreams to all of you!
