just made it !!
lol the guy said "hey didn't we just see you on the other side of the neighborhood" yup thats what you get for wearing a bright pink t-shirt

so good morning everyone

the weather guy just said it is going to be a rainy day so I will be doing "inside exercises"

I have a Dr apt this afternoon to have a few moles removed they are right along the bra strap line and one is irritating the other so he wants to take them off
ok so I was just there last week so the nurse better not make me get on the scale lol it was a bad food weekend

I will have to take some bendryal (sp) when I get home because I have reactions to the novicane he will use to numb me
so I will be a little more goofy than usual

So whats your day looking like

Good morning Karla. By the way, those aren't moles, they are beauty marks. So, with less than 24 hour notice, today is house inspection day. Just finished a Taebo bootcamp work-out to ease some of the stress. Have a great day everyone!

jeannie remember I am "holding" your stress for you so you can relax for a bit

lol MM no kidding my Dr has figured out my "weaseling" so if I call to get my allergy meds refilled he makes me come in

hubby won't go with me anymore because he gets the " so we haven't seen you for awhile isn't it time to schedule an apt" speech

though it is not as bad as going to the dentist I always get the " did you have a lot of caffeine today your pulse is a little high"
I tell them it is only high when I am in their office

OMG Karla! I tell the dentist the same thing!

Jeannie all fingers & toes crossed for you!

Shadow & I walked the neighborhood this morning. It looks like rain, hope we can make it to the beach this afternoon.

Other than that it is laundry & packing.

Good morning everyone.

No formal exercise plan here, we started some house remodeling projects and they are keeping me busy and exercising. We have a big wall that has a fireplace in it that was surrounded by fake rocks and I have always hated that wall!! LOL It makes the house feel like a cave, not to mention the wood paneling on two of the walls. Anyway, hubby and I got out the chisel, hammers, sledge hammer... and down came the fake rock and concrete off the wall. Most of the paneling is gone now too. Between huffing all that old concrete, drywall, wood, etc... out to the back yard and knocking all the stuff down, I feel like wonder woman! LOL

Have a great day

Your dentists take your pulse? I'm beginnin to wonder about the place we go. A friend of mine says hers comes in and inspects her tongue, and things that ours never does. We get the tsk tsk from the hygenists, get sent to specialists, and generally gouged. When you don't have insurance, they can write their own ticket. Plus they throw a little business to their buddies-or wannabe buddies. Oh, I'm such a conspiracy theorist-but I mean, come ON.

Anyway-today dh went back to work! But this morning I had to button his shirt and tie his boots for him, so I can't imagine what he's going to be doing there! It's a small-itty bitty joint, not a lot of activity-no busy work just to keep him occupied.

Oh yeah! This is the exercise thread-well I did a whole bunch of exercises, kind of spaced them out, since I'm rather enjoying having my freedom back. But, I really need to find something that will build up my shoulders. Anyone have any suggestions?

Good for you JnR-sounds cavelike to me too! But I figure most guys would LOVE that- cave men that they are!
Have a good day everyone

Here I is!

Good luck today Karla.

Walked 1.33 miles this morning and feeling OK. It was beautiful at 6:30. About 63 degrees, light breeze, no humidity. I'll take that every day.

A report on the news this morning linked moderate exercise to the ability to hold back early Alzheimer's. There's another good reason for getting out there and exercising!

Hope everyone's having a great day!

Charley
