Hoboken... I have no idea who you are, or how i stumbled into your thread... ... anyhow,
I had never worked out a day in my life (41 yrs old & 100 lbs overweight, but still physical here) until Dec. 28, 2008. In January, got a trainer for 4 weeks & have learned alot about how all this effects a middle aged overweight body. ...

Anyhow, all that to say this... I don't even know what the P90X is... but CONGRATS on finishing Phase1 & GOOD LUCK on the rest & KEEP IT UP!!!

Wow!! Congrats on your P90x. That is not the easiest of workouts (but it IS one of the best) so you should be applauded for sticking with it.

Thanks guys! P90X is definitely one of those programs where you need encouragement!

Texascasey; lots of luck with your new, healthier outlook on life!! You are going to love feeling fitter and stronger. Just keep it up and you'll be a whole new you in no time!!

DaBeez, it is tough. Have you done any of the work outs? If you fancy a cardio challenge, get someone to lend you the plyometrics DVD. It's fun!
I still struggle with the pull ups, and the chest, shoulders & biceps workout almost killed me with all the push ups yesterday. Probably because it's the first day I've done that particular work out. I still have a ways to go on upper body strength. I think my chest weighs me down!

Today Thursday 2/5/2009 I did:

Day 4 of phase 2 P90X. 1.5 hrs Yoga X, and walked a couple of miles.
