1 hour hike in the woods with dog first thing this morning.

2 hours of re-packing household items because husband is freaking out about box sizes.

5 hours of loading, unloading, and reloading trailer because of the aforementioned husband.

1 hours hike in the woods with dog to get us both away from the husband.

Will undoubtedly repeat tomorrow.

Man, am I tired!

I went back to the gym today or the first time in.....uh, let's say, quite a while. I'm having our fitness guru at work put me back on a weight loss/weight lifting routine. This is what she had me do today:

15 minutes on treadmill.
25 minutes on eliptical.
Push-ups.
Sit-ups.
Light weight training. (will start the heavy stuff in a couple of weeks )

p.s. - it was quite depressing to realize how truly out of shape I am.

Today's run was really more of an adventure-scramble. The rivers are flooding (snow-melt plus rain) and our hike-bike paths are half under-water. I had to bushwack through woods, run through sloppy muddy fields, run along the train tracks and climb a fence at one point.

Now I'm rewarding myself with milk and home-made choc chip cookies before heading in to work.
Plaidmom - I hope you took a shower at some point between the muddy fields, the cookies and work!!! UFFFFFF....
But the cookies.....YEAH,, those come first!!
