Today after we meet our friends for breakfast we have to stop at the store
Hubbys b-day is tomorrow (as is Lola's) so instead of cake he wants cookies, both chocolate chip and peanut butter. Though I may pick up a small cake lol we all know how much I love b-day cake !!!!

then we will decorate the tree I think the hardest part is just getting started doing it
Laying out all the ornaments is the first on the list oo I forgot I bought a bunch last year at 75% off ok now I am motivated because I don't remember what they look like it will be like unwrapping presents !!!

So what is everyone going to do today ?

Hubby's dragging me shopping again. We were supposed to do the Christmas tree today, but I doubt that's going to happen. The lights we put on the outside of the house are white icicles. Our neighbor 2 doors down has a huge display. I call it "santa's yard sale". He has at least 4 of those blow up thingies. Every year, he buys stuff after Christmas for the next year. It really is over done. But he likes it.

Have a great day all.

Morning peeps!

Karal, at least you don't have to shovel yours. I woke up to a couple of inches already on the ground and it is coming down hard. It was the first time in almost 25 years I have driven in snow. I got lucky and followed the plow into town.

Shadow dragged me on a mouse hunt before we headed over here. She does not seem to mind the snow one bit and even had her head out the window in the truck. *shakes head, but remembers being a kid*

Not sure what project I will hit today. I kind of can't decorate due to lack of furniture and walls that are in need of painting. Maybe I can find my wreath for the front door.........

Default Morning all

Still cloudy and bouts of rain here in Alabama. Good day to finish up the decorating, I did finish the small outside area and it looks rather festive!
Karla, we are spending Christmas in Florida too! Bob's parents live there and this will be the first year since moving there that they are not going back to Michigan. I have no idea how many siblings/grandchildren will show up, but guaranteed to be a good time
I'm going to exercise before tackling the rest of decorations, we have an exercise room in the club house and let me tell you, I can tell I have not exercised in a while!
Off to question of the day, have a great one everybody.
