Good morning everyone

HAPPY NEW YEARS !!!!!

We ended up just hanging out here got the whole ham and decided to bake it and slice it down lol over cooked it a tad, omg I never realized that with a whole ham it is a new slicing experience think I am going to stick to the spiral ones

Read a good book and even though we dozed off and on we were up to watch the "ball fall"

When I get back from Chaos's house I am going to make a nice breakfast for hubby then wait for MIL to get here

I might box up some of the xmas stuff

So did you all have a nice night and what are your plans for today ?

We did nothing! I could not even make it up to watch the ball drop (course we are central time, NY would have celebrated at 11 our time). Nope I watched it this morning on the news.
I'm going to pack up all my decorations, except the tree that will have to wait until Saturday. Then I have to exchange a golf shirt we gave FIL for Christmas, got a M and he needs a L. That is about all I have plans for, hubby will probably watch the hockey game today at 1, so maybe a little shopping in store for me.
Happy New Year everyone.

Hi, all. Had a bad night, didn't sleep hardly at all and when I did, I had crazy dreams. Karla, you were even in one, but I can't remember what your dream was about. Went to bed long before the ball came down, but did wake up at 11:59 p.m. so I did see the New Year in!

Rather cool here this morning (I won't say cold) - it's still in the 50's. My friends are having their Tom & Jerry party this afternoon. I have to bring a few coffee mugs. Silly people invited 14 to the party and only have 9 mugs - imagine that! I think I'll bring a really BIG one for my Tom and Jerry! Love, love, LOVE them and haven't had one in a long time. They don't make too many hot drinks down here!

Anyway, I was going to start putting the Christmas stuff away, but am not really feeling up to it today. Think it can wait till the weekend.

Well, my friends. May you have the Happiest of New Years. Oh, and welcome to our last member of '08, Dogmom.

Hi Everyone
Happy New Year.
Ok so this week my exercise plan didn't go as planned....too many peanut m & ms. and being stressed out about a home we are trying to purchase, so I am going to go with that as my excuse.
I am thinking that Monday is the day to start.....it doesn't seem right on Friday...ha ha
I am also contemplating going to w.watcher meetings since a gal at work wants to go. I don't know how successful that approach would be, has any one tried that.
welcome dogmom
