All done here also, at least with morning routine. 20 minutes of cardio workout, walk scheduled for afternoon (in the 60's today ).

Today's outdoor adventure was a 6+ mile trail run at the wilderness park that is just up the street from my place, at the edge of our megalopolis. Beautiful sunrise, about 60 degrees outside. Took my favorite hill climb which is a trail called Dreaded Hill. I love that trail because the view at the top is so great. I could see Catalina Island and also San Clemente Island, which is 50 miles offshore and 70+ miles from the hilltop where I jogged up to.
The trail home was a gravity assist downhill most of the way through a heavily wooded canyon. I stopped along the way to chat with two guys that I see frequently hiking in the park. They are both fit and trim, around 80 years old and call me a young guy (I'm 52). I get a lot of inspiration from people like that, I hope when I reach that age I can be out and about to enjoy the world too.

Default Bike Ride

I'm off this week, so Monday and Tuesday I did a few major "catch-up" projects around the house.

I did ride my bike Sunday morning - but boy was it cold and windy... tears were running down my face. The weather here (where I live in Florida) was the same on Monday and Tuesday so I didn't really miss riding my bike on those days.

Today, I'm back on schedule - but I could wait till it warmed up to around 70 degrees

It was snowing and cold this morning..But I was at the gym to teach my classes. I think the people that need the cold stars this morning are the girls that showed up in the middle of the snow storm to come to my class!!!
