Default Bike Ride

Here is a picture of the bike I ride. It's a one speed (no gears) - so I really get a work out. When I stop pedaling, it stops. So I have to keep pedaling - usually a "steady" 72 revolutions a minute. My ride this morning was an "intense" 15 minutes, but I will do another 30 minutes when it warms up later in the day!!! Oh, how I miss my trike! I sold it when I moved from FL. We are back now, and I am missing it.

O.k., I started with some fresh made carrot juice instead of a Pepsi.

30 minute walk with dog that included chasing squirrels(I don't recommend this when you are on the other end of a leash).

Back to the gym today. FIrst, tho, I helped hubby drag up "stuff" from the basement for app. 10-15 minutes, then I did the weight thing for 20 minutes, walked on the dreadmill for 16, then did the bike for 15.

My ladies did not show up for my 12 noon class today. So I worked out by myself.

Sounds like you need to alert those ladies to this thread!

Temps in the high 40s, sunshine and light wind. I ran for a blissful 45 min this morning.

I ~could~ have snuck in a bike ride this afternoon, but my doggie was giving me those big puppy eyes, so we did a 30+ minute walk instead. Poor thing gets too many "5-minute trot-around the block" walks all winter.

Yay for spring!
