Well it rained last night so it is pretty wet out there
I am going to take lola & ralph to the groomers at 7 they are pretty shaggy looking
I have no idea if there are going to be able to finish the roof this morning or if they have to wait till it dries
lol but you know what I don't really care at this point I am over his project
Hubby is working from home today and if they come while I am gone he can handle it
they said it should only take an hour to finish so I will put the greyhound in the bedroom on the other side of the house so she shouldn't freak out from the noise

Our tax refund was deposited into the bank last night doing the happy dance !!!!
Might have to use a bit of it for a nice little surprise
Not sure what I am going to do exercise wise today going to have to get back to you with that
Shadow & I just got back from a walk. She loves staying at the farm but my friend does not do dog walks, she believes that 85 acres is enough
place for dogs to wander around on their own. So Shadow has been walk deprived for a few days.
After I finish drinking my tea I will finish the snow removal so that we can unload all of the supplies we brought from FL. If that does not kill me I am sure there are a dozen projects that my husband has started already this morning that will need my help.

Karla, I hope they finish for you today. You sent the rain our way, so no walk/gym this a.m. Maybe this afternoon.
Gotta run to Wally World, so DH says. Went to see Defiance yesterday. Good movie. Not great, but good. Thru the whole thing, I kept wondering where people came up with the wherewithal to go on the way they did. What courage. It really gives you hope for the human race.
hey evey is hubby freezing or is he out there playing in the snow
Well, he is doing better than he was last night. Last night he was wearing his parka in the house, curled up in a ball on the sofa with his hood up and wrapped in a blanket. He is down in the basement right now, doing what I am not sure. He is in one layer of clothes. He swears he will not go outside until it is time for him to go back to FL. I am guessing that will change here in about an hour when we head out to unload the truck.
I have finished shoveling snow and as soon as the ice melter finishes we can safely walk around with heavy breakable things.

Had a good workout this morning. I think the "girls" got lifted two inches and I will be hearing from them by Sunday! I think I need to throw in some curve balls now to keep my body guessing.
Today I did 3 different workouts-the ABSolutely ??? abs one, and explosive upper body, and one with the unfortunate name of "gold medal glutes" which had a lot of balancing ones in it. Oh well, I'm short, don't have too far to fall!
I was thinking, karla, you've probably got those roofers spoiled! I can see them down the street looking longingly at your house thinking...well SHE gave us donuts and PIZZA!!!
Speaking of pizza, hmm...Happy friday all!
Oh Evey-this is such a brutal winter up here compared to usual, might want to mention that to your poor hubby!
