Today was pretty much a rest day.

Did 1.5 hours of Vinyasa yoga in the morning. Spent the rest of the day with the wife. Rare that we both have a day off together.

Default April 6th - Morning Cardio

Today, morning cardio workout was:

100 Jump Rope Double unders
All 3 Wing Chun forms 3x each
100 Jump Rope Double unders
All Kenpo forms

Today's weigh in - 176.2 pounds

Weekly Notes: Time for a new pair of Nike+ running shoes and Ipod sensor. Diet has been pretty good but wife (the nurtritionist) thinks Im starving myself. Saturday had a huge Chipotle burrito and on Sunday has a kids sized Cold Stone ice cream with chopped almonds (half Cake Batter and half Marshmallow flavor). Dont know how she can lose weight while eating like a horse.

Overall, the balance in last week's workout was good, improvements were made in strength, my 3.35 mile run time and a dropped a couple of pounds. Will up the amount of martial arts training since I have several students preparing for their black belt test in a couple of months. May also add another day of whole body HIT training but will have to also add more yoga as well at the sacrifice of running miles.
