Good morning! Walk done, and I did some other things like crunches and leg exercises. I am also running at night now in addition to the regularly scheduled dog walks. I am inspired, too!
Today must be errand day . . . I have so many places to go and things to take care of.

Thanks, it does help knowing that I have to "report" to others. Anyway, back to the gym today - 30min. strength, 33 min. dreadmill. Have to beg off tomorrow, tho. I have an early a.m. dr's appt. and can't work it in.
I did my exercise tape today, and boy did it need it....my neighbor took me to Olive Garden yesterday and I "pigged out" even got desert, lemon cream cake and it was soooooooo good.
Well, did mine-wonder when the results start showing themselves...??
