Well, the dog has walked me, and I'm gearing up for the elliptical trainer, ab crunches, and the waistline exercise. I'm not that sore today.

Who will be next to check in? Everybody have a GREAT day!

I noticed that happens a lot - we all type at the same time (noticed that in post times a while back). That's okay; you could use a break. Enjoy your day!

It was a pretty drive to the gym this morning. We got a couple of inches of snow and all the trees looked like they had merinque plopped on them overnight. I still hate it!!!

Anyway....almost 30 min. strength today and 20 minutes on the dreadmill. Cut it a little short because I had to run some errands. I'll do my full time tomorrow, since I won't have to come into work. Woohoo! Doin' the Friday dance on Thursday! :-))

A lovely crisp morning while walking my dogs. Will be jogging/walking later in the evening.

Very gimpy 30 minute dog walk done.

Nobody in west central FL is praying for rain today harder than I am! If it rains this afternoon I won't have to get on the torture machine, I mean bike.

Thanks for the warm air, karla. It looks like the snow's melting already! LOL

Evey, how're you feeling today? Are you able to walk now?

30-minute "just do it" run done.

I have to say with temps in the 30's and snow flurries it was reallly reallly hard to get out there.

What a bummer to dig out the tights and jacket and hat and gloves and wool socks.....
