Good morning everyone

Let me tell you , it's a good thing I have you all. I was so sleepy this morning I did not want to walk
But knowing you were all waiting to post was the nudge to get me out the door.

walk done only 3 miles today

But I am glad I did I feel much more awake and ready for my 2nd graders.
I think we are doing the water cycle in class today no worms or bugs so it should be a lot calmer.

Who will be next to check in
karla

As usual, it's me.

Gym day. 30 minutes strength, 5 minutes elliptical (I've come a long way from 1.5 min. a week ago!), 30 minutes dreadmill.

Still cold here. Ick.

Gloomy, grey, non-motivating weather here. 30 minuted dog walk complete. Dog & husband hovering in the general vicinity of the bikes. Pray for rain!!

Did my hour of cardio on the eliptical, then worked out with my trainer - today was leg day, then went and tanned, came home took a shower and now I'm parked here in front of the computer. My dance partner will be back from Florida tomorrow, so you guys won't see as much of me on here - I'll have my life back!!!!!!

I am a professional ballroom dancer. Generally I compete, but I can teach too. I just prefer not to teach and to concentrate on my comps. I compete in all 4 styles of ballroom (int. latin, int. standard, Am. rhythm and Am. smooth). I've been doing this my whole life.
