Morning!
Off to work I go! Gym plans are working right now, but I don't feel anything yet I have not pushed myself (my goodness all the kids that are there are running on the treadmills, I can only walk fast!).
Weekend only holds getting my car worked on and working on my tan at the pool. Hubby is working so anything out of town is on hold until he gets his weekends back.
Well all have a great day.
Sandy

Hi, everyone.

We started out on a walk, but the weather didn't want to cooperate. We were about a block shy of the clubhouse/gym when it started to thunder, so we turned around. I figure we got about a mile and a half in. Oh, and there was a beautiful double rainbow out for us this morning, too. Strange, because the sun was behind the clouds and there was no rain. Go figure.

Gotta go back to the mall today to talk to the Verizon guy about our phones, plus DH may be entitled to a discount off our bill, since he's a retired Federal Employee. Woohoo! Gotta love them discounts!

Have a great day, everone. Karla, I'm happy to hear you're feeling better.

Weekend plans:

Just hanging out with the family and relaxing. Will probably go see the new movie "Up" with the family and then going out to eat with some friends of ours Saturday night. Sunday- Pack and get ready for my business trip to London. Maybe a little swimming after that since it is suppose to be a beautiful weekend!

Nothing here today. We went up to eat at a restaurant that just opened here and sat up and talked to them most of the day.
It drives me bananas just sitting around but being in NM now, that seems to be the thing to do.
I got my 'slim in 6' dvds today so I'll start them tomorrow and use them along with Richard S.
Glad you're feeling better Karla.

hi there,
I might add that movie UP is a very depressing movie. If you take kids they should be older. We went last week and it was all adults and we came out of there thinking what in the heck ...that movie was horrible
just my 2 cents. I am glad I didn't take my 6 year old grandaughter. Not a kid movie IMO

back to the topic at hand....
Went to the gym and did 45 eliptical/stair climb machine and 20 minutes weights. The good news is I lost 3 lbs this week. I hope I keep it up. I ate right this week and have exercised 4 times.
We are heading out for the weekend with family for Branson, MO.
have a great weekend everyone!
