Good Morning everyone

lol well things are almost back to normal
only 2 more loads of laundry to go
I my legs are still sore from all the walking we did
lol this could be the jump start I needed to get back into my walking routine

As soon as I finish my threads I am going to go out and mow the lawn it was lightly raining when I got up but it looks like there maybe a clear patch before the next round

Hubby didn't pick up the bird yesterday so I guess we will be running over on his lunch

I got a email from Pattie yesterday she said to tell you all " hello " and 11 days till she gets back !!!

here is a picture of me & hubby from the reception

Here are a couple of pictures from my visit to my brothers

Back gardens

I would love to be able to grow the things they can up north, now you know why I am tempted to move back

Morning peeps!

Wow Karla! Impressive "garden". I sure would not want to maintain all that!

We are doing battle with food poisoning at my house. DH had it really bad yesterday and today it seems to be my turn.

I managed to get Shadow & Mickey walked, but not sure there is going to be much else in my day.

Haven't had the internet for a week since I am visiting my son and daughter-en-law in Houston and their internet is messed up. I am going to take their dog for a little run this morning. It is so hot and humid here but today it rained and it is bearable to go outside and run.

I will be glad to get back home Thursday and get back on my exercise schedule.

Hope you are all having a great week and had a wonderul July 4th

Wow, and I thought MY back yard was big!

You look really nice Karla, a nice happy couple--you should see the ones of me and dh at the one we went to recently--HA!

Today I only did a fifteen minute ab workout, have lots to do, and no ambition. Trying to watch/not watch the Michael Jackson Memorial. This is still so hard to believe for me. Don't know why.

Sorry to hear about that food poisoning, Evey, hope you feel better soon!

Sorry Evey, I had that before and wow it is bad.
Karla, you and your hubby look so happy! What a nice looking couple! And your brother's "gardens", well gulp I'm guessing I don't know anyone who could keep that up without helpers! It is beautiful thou, like something in a movie or picture.
We walked tonight and that will be my effort for today. I put my all into my job today and can't handle the thought of the gym.
Have a great night all.
