Back to the gym today. My usual, boring 30 min. strength, 30 min. dreadmill. Yawn.....

Beautiful spring day today, though. I might just take a walk at dinner time.

Enjoy your nothing day, karla.

Ahhh, doing nothing! Enjoy it Karla.

1 hour meander with dog complete.

Dog is sitting outside next to the bike (sigh). Husband is seeing if his jet-ski is ready. Water is still too cold for me, I think I will go biking with the dog.

Hello again! "Dreadmill" ... I like that!

Instead of the dreadmill, I like working on the elliptical trainer. For some reason, I find that more bearable!

Welcome, foma. I'm a bit on the "grey" side, so the elliptical eludes me! I keep trying, but haven't made it past 5 minutes this time. I had been up to 30 minutes about 1.5 years ago.

nice to see you foma
everyone keeps talking about this elliptical .
I may have to go out and try one.
my exercise bike and this ab machine thing are getting lonely in the 3rd bedroom
they would enjoy a new piece of equipment to keep them company
lol I got bored with doing nothing so I am going to head out and do some errands

karla

I started working out in April after a very long hiatus. 9 pounds later, I'm finally starting to get into a groove! Trek on!
