Good Monday morning everyone

What a beautiful morning for a walk

4 miles done
now to do my abs and side bendy things(we really need to come up with a name for them, any suggestions ?

One thing I am trying to figure out, one would think after 4 miles Lola would be worn out but nooooo when we get home from our walk she has to race around the house for 5 mins. almost as if she is telling the greyhounds "nanana I was out walking and you weren't "

I have to say how excited I am to see so many of you posting

I wish you all could come on the cruise with us we could have morning workouts on the "lido deck"
lol I could bring really really big suitcases how would they know there weren't clothes in them tee hee

So who will be next to get their "gold stars"

karla

30 minute dog walk complete.

Dog waiting patiently in the yard by the bike. I have to take my mother in law to the doctor at 8:30, so dog can hang out in the yard if she wants.

I'm sorry, but I've let everybody down today. :-(

Hubby worked till midnight last night, and I didn't want to disturb him, so I stayed in bed till 6, which is too late to go to the gym. Back to the grind tomorrow.
