I can't even do crunches anymore w/o getting a bad stomach cramp (like the cramps you get in your muscles ... I get them in my stomach when I do crunches for some reason!)

I've herad that, too, though fuzzy but I always heard you should lift with your lower back & abdomin, and not really with your upper body.

All the mysticism behind a good work out!

foma
you need the "sock"

take a sweat sock fill it with rice. tie a know in the end put it in the microwave for 1 or 2 mins(depending on how much rice yo have)
this will give you nice moist heatand the sock fits right around your neck.

warnign though if you have dogs like like to chew things do not leave it in their reach.
Lola has gotten hold of 2 of them and what rice wasn't spread around the room she and the one greyhound ate. let me just say, dogs do not digest raw rice

feel better

lol foma weird isn't it.
I even made a "rice square" I sewed 2 dish towels together and fill it with rice now I have one that can be used on my lower back or shoulder.
hmmm I wonder if putting it the freezer would work as a cold pack
I think I will have to try this

karla
