lol sorry I am late in getting this started, I slept in till after 6 am
then when I logged on I had 4 PMs and had to give out the stars for the later posters

so whats everyones exercise plans for today?

I have some running around to do with my hubby today then probably working in the garden.
So it won't be "organized exercise"
well unless you count the rain dance that we will be doing
with over 130 wildfires here in Fla we despertly need rain .

who will be first to post
karla

Howdy ... I'm still "connected"

It's like flogging a dead horse dealing with the idiots at the phone company here! Oh well, something to look forward to on Monday.

Done my walk and have been donning my rubber gloves for cleaning. I am now sitting on my rear and enjoying a big mug of coffee. I'm waiting for the rain to ease up so I can head out with the dogs again.

Have a wonderful day everyone ... and hello HIF

Morning everyone!

30 minute dog walk complete. Dog is now laying on her beach bag and giving me the "Aren't you ready yet?" sigh.

Karla, can you even breathe up there today? We have the smoke here and it is pretty bad.

It is kina cloudy here and they are saying we have a 20% chance of rain today and 40% tomorrow.
I will believe it when I am out there feeling it on my head lol

I will go out later to do some more hand watering of the really dry spots.
back is acting up so I am not going to do anything heavy

My husband's off for the next six days. He's on shift work and when he has this long of time period off, it's always hard to stay on track working out! We are both committed though - I'm sure we'll manage to go work out sometime today! *fingers crossed*

God, you poor thing Karla, sleeping until after 6 AM on a Saturday! LOL! I set my alarm for 8:30. I am alone so no responsibility for children, etc. Well I went to the folks and changed their beds, (like I do every Saturday), paid some bills for my Mom, went to the store. That's about it, I am cleaning a lot today, tomorrow I hit the trail, I am feeling about 90% after that stomach bug thingy.
