Welcome Hoosier, and what I munch on in the afternoon is baby carrots. I know, not as exciting as chocolate but it does get me through the day and I am pleased to say that between walking, exercising and eating healthy treats I have lost 10 lbs. My goal is to be able to wear my clothes I bought last spring!

Walk done and so is the exercise tape, now on to exercising my fingers here on the forum.

Karla, you had to bring up those dang chocolate coconut things again, didn't you!

So Karla, with all that wind, how are the wildfires? I hope things get better. I got up at 6:30, worked 9 hours and now just chillin. It was windy here. I can't stand the "air, wind" in my ears when I walk. I really need a mp3 with headphones that go in my ear so I am not so uncomfortable walking in the breeze. It may calm down tomorrow, I walk after work about 5:30. See ya!!! Hello everyone!!
