Good morning everyone
Its dark and cloudy but still no rain .
It was very breezy for our walk this morning good thing we went early because the wind has changed and the smoke is back .
There is such a nice breeze I want to leave the windows open but it is too "stinky" out there
Walked six miles this morning but stopped on the way for pastry. I should have instead stopped at the store for an orange or apple but oh well maybe next time the pastry shop smells wont tempt me as much.
So after the pastry, I will say I got the benefits of more like a two mile walk over the six mile walk that I actually did.

It got so smoky that I had to shut the windows and run the A/C to clear the smoke from the house.
Come on rain the firefighters need your help
eeekk twinkle toes lol Igave you gold stars for your other post so I have to do some spreading before the "gold star gods" will allow me to bestow more on you
Well, I did mine and I found a new exercise for the obliques, where you lie down with your knees bent like in the crunch position, then drop your legs sideways to the floor til they touch, then do crunches as you normally would. I tried this, and boy could I feel it! Moreso than I could with the weight/waist bendy thing, which I am sure has a real name! If not, surely the creative lovelies and studly dudes on here could come up with one!
