Good morning everyone.

I haven't walked yet.
It's "girls day" so I will pick up my friend at 9:15 we will go to breakfast then walk around some stores before heading to the "ortho" Dr. at 11:40 for the MRI follow up. We will fit him in between the "window shopping" I hope he appreciates our sacrifice

Rance I have to ask, is the fencing around your garden to keep "stanley" out?

Ok who will be first to get stars today

my money is on NMS

karla

lol cinder
ok I will give you your stars in advance

I figure fitting him in during girls day means he won't be able to do anything to hurt me (ie those nasty cortisone shots)
"Dr, I understand that you feel that you should (fill in the blank) but it is "girls day" so I am going to have to schedule another apt for (fill in the blank)

See? Cinderobyn beat me. That's ok.

Dreameyes, let's see if we can do this in harmony...

"oh, what a beautiful mooooorning, oh, what a beau-tee-ful day...."

Wonderful.

Hubby walk - 20 minutes. Weights - 30 or so. Had to tell all my gym buddies about the house!

It's been 2 days in a row now where I've had really good news. Can't wait to see what today brings! Maybe those Mega Millions people will FINALLY pick the right numbers!!! Who knows??? One can onlyhope.

LOL NMS! I am still waiting for he Lotto folks here to get it right.

20 minute dog walk done. Still too much smoke in the air to want to be outside very much. There is rain on the radar, but it looks like it might miss us.

Hi guys,

Went on a nice long walk this morning with our dog. Met a new neighbor and walked with her and her dog for a bit. That was nice.
I'm already seeing a difference in my body by all this walking. My legs seem tighter. (hopefully).

Have a good day everyone!

Goodmorning to all!

What a beautiful morning! Got a 40 min. walk in; then came home and did my strength and ab exercises. Tried that ball to feet then hands exercise....whoa baby! Feel the burn. "Burn baby burn....disco inferno" LOL
Could only do 15 of those but I'll work up to more.

Wow NMS you're fantastic! We should go on tour!!!!

Oh man! Now you're puttin' the pressure on karla. Let's see......

This is dedicated to arguy (dreameyes takes a big bow and swings her arm)
"Welcome to my world..........won't you come on in......Miracles I guess....still happen now and then...."

Ok on a more serious note oh mighty master gardener.....I have an indoor cactus; I have no idea what species it is but I've heard you should water indoor cactus only like once a month???

Cardio complete. That's 3 days in a row for me which is very good. Let's see if I can keep it up. I took a good, long, hard look at my body in the mirror yesterday---whoa! Not good. Hopefully that will motivate me even more. Usually, it just makes me feel depressed and then I mope around and stuff myself with ice cream. I am going to be more positive from now on. I think this forum really helps.
