They just said that chemo may cause mouth sores and that the gums will be sensitive and may bleed. Since my immune system will be down, it could cause an infection. I asked about it because my dental cleaning was to be on the 23rd of this month so I happened to mention it and they told me that I would be better off getting a cleaning or any dental work done before or I should wait until after the treatments.
