Good morning! After a very, very fast summer vacation,still can't believe that its over, the kids are back to school today. I'm actually going to miss them, believe it or not. Now, scheduled day off from work today and no excuses, I'm going to really try and eat well and exercise, hopefully, that is. Well, we'll see.........coffee, splenda, and soymilk so far. We'll, I try, but sure to run out sooner or later! Well, blueberries and some raisin bagel chips, couple handfuls of goldfish, and about ready to eat a bowl of cheerios......too busy to eat! See you all tomorrow! jeannie
Bagel and coffee, lunch was a fruit salad and water, dinner was left over meatloaf and broccoli with sweet tea. Water, water and more water, glass of oj and right now I am eating an Italian Ice. Not too bad today.
I am getting here so late, I had back to school night..
Breakfast...I know I ate something, I just can't remember???
Lunch..1/2 a wheat bagel with lite veg. cream cheese
Dinner...Salad
lots of coffee and water through out the day
Have a good night
Breakfast- Low fat oatmeal packet and diet pepsi max
Lunch- Bagel sandwich and coffee from D.D.
Dinner- Chicken cutlet, mashed potatoes, brocoli, water
Snack- Diet iced tea, 100 calorie pack of chex mix
