Good morning!

Well, its midweek already and again, the weeks are flying by. Disney is just 4 weeks away and I'm so excited!. I took my 21 and 20 year old, by myself when they were 6 and 7, and now my 8 and 10 year old. This is a surprise for them. My husband and I are going to tell them the night before to pack some clothes, we're going on a road trip. Wait till they see! My day finished well yesterday, and I think I may go for a run with my 20 year old this morning. He is another motivational factor for me, eats extremely well and works out every day at the gym...http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e334/puzzlessue/Smiley%20Life/a25.gif (broken link). I guess I did something right? Coffee with splenda and soymilk so farhttp://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t26/PhoneCardLady/female_smiley_drinking_coffee.gif (broken link). Have a great day everyone, a big welcome to all the new arrivalsand I'll check back later..... Jeannie

Well, started out my morning with a little over a mile run/walk with one of my boys. That was the real test of how out of shape I am.... Oatmeal with fresh blueberries, supplements, 1/2 liter of water, so far....

Hey all. Jeannie that is so great, what a surprise this will be. Ya'll are going to have sooooo much fun.

So far today
Coffee with cream, yogurt, kashi bar, water, a bean and rice mexican bowl, a rice krispy treat and more water. Right now I don't feel like dinner so I guess I will just cut up some veggies and have those.

Hi cassy,

I hear so much about kashi and how good it is for you. Are there nuts in kashi? I'm allergic to nuts, but I would really like to try it in some form if I could. Jeannie
