It is even cold here. We finally have our heat on to stay, I hope. It was heat, air conditioning, heat, air conditioning, heat, air conditioning, heat. All of this was in October???? This weather is strange, like Halloween.

Coffee and skimmed milk--all my 2% is gone.

It's still hot here but cold in the mornings,that's the usual here.

Jeannie,yeay,yeay!! When are you coming back? who's going to mind the store here?

water, fiber cake, protein shake, pumpkin bread, veggie hodgepodge

breakfast: half a roll with sausage
lunch: Turkish bread with a little meat and salad in it
