COFFEE

A jogurt for breakfast, chicken breast + carrots + potatoes for lunch and 3/4 of a pizza.

I don't know if I can make it and lose more weight. All in all since starting this with you I only lost 3 lbs and one of this is always back and then gone again...

I guess I have to do some more exercises.
