Much needed rainy day in North Carolina too.

I think it is sometimes worse on the well person than it is on the sick person. Give him a hug from us. Hugs for you too.

Strawberry yogurt (2)
coffee and fat free cream (1)
banana (1)

Good Morning!! No rain for us here. We aren't hurting like some other states for rain. Actually we had too much, lots of flooding and damage from it and people died here in Texas. Too much of anything is not good unless it's love and money!!!

Oatmeal and Green Tea for me!!!

Jeannie, my grandaughter puts ketchup on everything. That is the first thing I buy when I hear she is coming to visit. We don't keep ketchup, because we don't eat it.

Dinner: mesquite chicken breast and potatoes with butter I am afraid.
I ate other things today, but I was too busy to write them down. I shredded 2 kitchen garbage bags full of old papers. I threw away another bag full of old magazines. This comes under throwing away my livingroom. I have more bags to go. Will let you know when I am finished.

Dh must be doing all right if he can tease you??
