Good morning all!

I suddenly realized after reading the exercise thread today that we haven't been doing our one day a week "give yourself a break" day in awhile, so since Karla is taking it easy today, so are we. No counting, no feeling guilty, no nothing. Come on now, we deserve it. Pour your self a cup of java http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/131.gif (broken link)sit back and relax http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/7_17_4.gif (broken link)and watch the Dallas Cowboys beat the Washington Redskins today...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/Smileyfootballplayer.gif (broken link) Coffee with splenda and soymilk...http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/Coffee-3.jpg (broken link)well we won't argue with him, will we? Have a great day everyone!http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/haveagreatday17.gif (broken link) Jeannie
