Hey Jeannie! I can totally understand you. Although I don't have work I didn't sleep till 1 a.m. last night and Miguel woke up at 3:30 for the first time to check if I'm still sleeping. However he went to sleep again and I could close my eyes till 5:20 a.m. again when he wanted something to eat. Afterwards he just thought he had slept enough during the night so I put him back in his bed to play and went to sleep again for nearly two more hours although that wasn't nearly enough.

No breakfast for me again. 2 cookies at my in-laws shortly before lunch. For lunch rice with 4 small meat balls and cream sauce. Dinner - don't know yet...

Have to leave for classes now. Have a great day all!

I ate a lot today. I hope I can remember everything!

Oatmeal with Cinnamon and raisins
Green tea

Cliff bar
Mixed veggies
Mixed fruit
Chocolates
Hand full of seven grain crackers
Romaine salad
Swiss cheese
2 pieces of whole wheat toast

I think that's all.

I slept like a log last night. My "no sleep" night was the night before last night.
I am out of bananas so breakfast was ham slices and 9 grain bread with margarine and coffee and milk.
I had to go out on errands and at about 4 p. m. I stopped at the Flowes bread store and got those brown rolls they use at the steak house. I use them like hoggie rolls. They are about 5 points each. I also bought cream cheese and chives Lance crackers and cheetos. I was so hungry I ate way too many cheetos on the way home, so I was not hungry at dinner and just had some canned corn. I made my husband buffalo chicken tenders also. I have had a couple of cups of coffee since dinner. I guess I need fluids because of all the salt in the cheetos. I had a granola bar too. I won't lose any weight today. Well, tomorrow is another day.
